The booking fee reserves your slot in my queue and is deducted from your final invoice. It ensures commitment from both sides and covers initial concept time.

Delivery times vary by complexity: simple pieces take 5-10 days, standard work 10-14 days, and complex projects 14-30 days. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost.

Yes! I share work-in-progress sketches at key milestones. You can request changes at the sketch stage for free. Changes after the rendering phase may incur additional fees depending on scope.

I accept payments via Razorpay, which supports credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

After booking, your project follows a 50/50 split: 50% advance payment before work begins, and 50% upon final delivery. You'll receive a custom invoice for each milestone.

The booking fee is non-refundable once concept work begins. If I haven't started yet, a full refund is possible. For milestone payments, refunds are handled case-by-case based on work completed.

Each pricing tier includes a specific number of revisions (2-3 for standard, unlimited for premium). Additional revisions beyond your tier are charged at $25/hour.

A revision is a set of changes requested at once. Asking to adjust colors, reposition an element, and change a background in one feedback round counts as one revision.

You receive full commercial usage rights for the agreed purpose (e.g., book cover, merchandise). I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.

Standard commissions include rights for the primary use case. Extended licensing for merchandise, prints, or multiple products is available as an add-on. Let's discuss your needs during the briefing.
